POST-PREGNANCY WORKOUTS | Advanced – Level 3 – Les Mills

The third in a series of short, safe and simple post pregnancy workout routines designed to support you to get your body strong again with these effective, easy to learn exercises designed for getting you back into exercise post childbirth. Follow your instructor through nine moves, for one minute each, with options for a pram or front pack.

Some of the exercises in the video:
• Deadlifts
• Overhead Presses
• Leg Lowers

Once you can comfortably complete the circuit three times you’ll be ready to move onto the next stage of your training program. We recommend you use our SMART START – tools.
