Good music!! I don't have to bother to putting on my own music while doing this workout. The first track 'Ascent' by Mona Wonderlick is hot indeed! I could envision M.F. Doom rhyming over this track.

I hate cardio! I hate it! But just doing 10 minutes was bearable but intense. Actually can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait for more cardio sessions as I need to lose this lockdown belly! Two-three more months until summer, let's start the cut!

Damn Am I really the only one to like Cardio? I mean i like because i work out to lose weight, so cardio makes me feel im moving much more closer to it than regular work out.

day 4 so far of the 20 day challenge and it’s got me feeling great! been doing at least 2 rounds for each day minimum, feeling amazing right now🔥

I did 119 cal with this one, how much did you get ? do you have an apple watch?
I usually take 1-3 seconds rest after 20 seconds of flutter kicks then do the rest lol
this workout killed me but NO PAIN NO GAINS
