So I also have hashimoto's and I have a question for you I know we have to wait an hour after we can eat but when you take that apple cider vinegar I know what it's for too do you wait an hour or do you take it right away after you take your thyroid medicine

Just found your videos! 💖 my stomach bloats every time I eat and have gas. No matter what I eat. Brussels sprouts really hurt my stomach and I don’t eat broccoli 🥦 I’m afraid it will cause tummy issues too! It’s so frustrating!

When I saw you pour the apple cider vinegar I out loud said "oh sh*t" lol I've been doing at most two tablespoons in water and it's a rough ride. You're hard core!!
