Why don't I believe you when you say you've got to leave house in 5 minutes for your flight but have got a very detailed house tour to film with multiple cuts…just be more honest.

Please please show more exercises that target upper body and arms, but avoid trapezius and levator muscle (avoid bulking up shoulders and neck area)
