• 50g Oats
• 95g Banana
• 2 large Whole Eggs (68g)
• 63g Egg Whites
• 20g crunchy PB
• 50g 1.5% Fat
• 30g Proteins Powder
• some milk
• pinch of salt
• a bit of cinnamon
fried with "1 kcal per spray" oil
Rob's 2020 recipe:
• 45g Protein Powder
• 50g Pancake Mix or Flour
• 63g Greek Yogurt 0% Fat
• Pinch of Sodium Bicarbonate (did probably a third of a tsp)
• 50g Egg Whites
• 50ml Protein Milk or Low Fat Milk
• 10g Chocolate Chips
• Add A Drop Of Vanilla Extract or Sweetener
fried with coconut oil 🙂
