Can you finish this workout? 220 Reps Pyramid style. 1 – 10 on pull ups, 1 – 10 on push ups, 1-10 on squats, and finally 1-10 on dips. 55 reps per exercise, 220 in total. As little rest as possible between each exercise.

How to get started with Calisthenics?
First I would highly recommend buying a home pull up bar. I left my suggestions down below.

Having a home pull up bar lets you practice more often. For most movements all you need is a sturdy over head bar and the floor. You should also find a park near you if this is possible. Some countries or areas of the world this is not possible. We try to help with our Park Finder.

Now that you have a place or places to workout you need to determine your goals. If you want to get more fit. learn a skill, lose fat. Different workout programs are for different goals.

Ever try rotating through a pyramid circuit? ie: 1 pull, 1 push, 1 squat, 1 dip…then 2…then 3… etc. This is good to get a bit of a break between the same movements.

Pyramid math: The top of the integer pyramid squared is the total. 1….9….1 = 81. This also means you can easily calculate one side: (Pyramid Total – Top)/2 + Top = One Side. So, one side of a 9 pyramid is (81-9)/2 + 9 = 45.

Damn bro I literally did this but I started at 10 – 1 and I never did the squats. But id switch it up pull ups straight to push ups straight to dips and then carry on so on!
