Sooo effective. Did this one yesterday and today I can already …feel the muscles strengthening in my glutes. Abs feel firm too. Will try to get this in twice per week.

Think I actually enjoyed this one more the second time around & that's probably down to me making progress since April👌🏻💪🏻my weight isn't going down & for the first time in my life I really don't care. I'm getting fitter & stronger 😍🙌🏻

for some strange reason, I couldn't finish the workout. Not sure what was wrong. I love all of Heather's workouts. This workout did not feel right.

I love this type of workout but my mini band always rolls and hurts and I spend more time repositioning it than doing the exercise 🙁 !! any advice ??

This workout works "hard to reach" muscles. I loved it. This is probably the only video that I think it would be helpful having some commentating about what muscle we are targeting and how to utilize the band. Thank you, Heather. You're work is awesome.

I made the workout with ankle weights (1-1 kg each leg ~2.2 lbs) and yeah, it was pretty intense with them as well!! 🤣

Love these kind of workouts but i didn't have any bands available so i used ankle weights for abs with extra weights for glutes which worked just as well but not sure if it was equally as effective .Still i was burning by the end of it ,so must have done something. More of these workouts please Heather .
