Please do this challenge again in February after I have my second child.. I’m due in a couple weeks and then would love to do the 8week challenge before my next two PL competitions this year!
Those behind the neck pull downs are fun while you’re young-but when you hit your mid 30s your shoulders will suffer. Mine started clicking at 33 and it’s never gone away. Puts your shoulders in a compromised position. Play the long game-no behind the neck moves. The experts say they don’t do anything more than forward pull downs. Doesn’t do shit for your back.

I can never get defined shoulders, the fat just refuses to leave. every where else is relatively easy to see results in but my back / bra bulge refuses to part with me.
Remember her saying “I would never do steroids.” In pumping iron 2? The lips the phoniness is gross.
I wish she had an annual training camp for a weekend. That would be so fire! I'll go to Montana for the DLB!
