Do you eat maple syrup? I’m trying to cut it out because my mom, others keep saying it’s not good for you? What do you think? I mean for weight loss it’s probably better to cut it out? I always say everything in moderation

Hi Katie!! I love your routine vids 🥰 In the LSF meal plans you recommend the LSF tonic with apple cider vinegar, but in some of your recent videos you’ve had celery juice instead. Is one better than the other to kickstart your morning?
Anyone looking for extra protein in their morning coffee who can’t have dairy I highly recommend flax milk. Less carbs that oat milk but still creamy and def more flavor and thicker than almond milk.

Do your iron supplements interfere with thyroid meds and are they harsh on your stomach? I take ferrous gluconate for my low ferritin and it bothers my stomach and I was told to take it away from my thyroid meds. Thanks!

Love your videos! I've just recommended my DIL (who struggles with hypothyroid) to watch your channel and shared the video when you announced LSF Nutrition which I have purchased for myself. I had to have my thyroid removed in 2016 and wow what a struggle to get back to "normal". One thing told to me by my endocrinologist is to wait one hour before eating or drinking ANYTHING after taking thyroid meds. I'm thinking you took some other vitamins right after.
