This is your power hiit with weights workout! In this workout we will work your entire body incorporating strength, cardio, and power in a high intensity interval training format. We will be using either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. If you have both you can switch in between the circuits. As always i’ll give you lots of different options so listen to your body and work to your level.

Great workout Amy I’m soaked, great intensity and heart rate right up. ( I only had 40 mins between meetings so did a short version, was awesome) I fast forwarded to the stretches after missing a bit and heard you say don’t miss your stretches… lol I totally agree its actually my fav part as the heat helps my whole body stretch so well and my movement range is fab post workout. Huge thanks again Sheila

After 4 months in which I had to recover from Covid I started the workouts again. What fun this one was but so tough! I hope to be back on level soon but for now it is "be where you are today".
Excellent. Just all around.
Too many moves. Too fast. And transitions were not smooth. Need to build more so that we feel competent in the moves before moving on. Or repeat later so we can get right. Seemed like I was always unsure of what to do.

There are lots of workout options on YouTube but I keep coming back to you. This was a fantastic workout! Fast moving, varied, challenging, and lots of options. At 66 my jumping days are behind me but I can always complete at least one of your optional moves! I loved the mom voice "Don't touch that dial" at the end because I am guilty of sometimes skipping the cooldown. But not this time!
I love working out to Amy's videos. She has great energy, and I love the variety that she offers. Thank you for providing great weight workouts.

Loved everything! The music, the format, the pace, and definitely your MOM VOICE during the cooldown 🙂 I like incorporating the power moves into the circuit because I usually can't do a whole round of ONLY power, so this feels fantastic and successful! Thank you Amy!

Outstanding overall fitness session! The clock will say it’s 45 minutes but you’ll feel like you put in an hour’s worth of sweat! Excellent blend of strength, cardio and power in a fast paced workout from warmup to finish. As always, Amy brings her enthusiasm to positively motivate from start to finish. This was so great! It went so quickly. I liked that it kept moving and you used the "back-to-basic" interval as the recovery from the previous set.
Hey Amy! I love your videos! Thank you so much for doing this. I wanted to ask when is the best day to work in one of your ab workouts? I usually have 2 to 3 days of lifting with walking and then 4 to 5 days of running. So would it be more beneficial to do abs on a lifting day or a running day??
