This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total LOWER body in only 15 minutes! This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.
COMPLETE this 15 min workout 2-3 times for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 30-45 MINUTES) OF WWWOOORRRKKKKK!
THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: Jumping jacks, lunges, squats, bunny hops, glute bridges, planks, ankle taps, flutter kicks, shuffle, and much more!
