Advice plz Lex! What is best thing to do to help with fatigue. Feel like when I train legs especially I feel physically weak. What will help with that. I’m 50 years old after losing 7-10llbs n getting bit more definition n rid of bit body fat. Does age n menopause effect this tiredness 👍

Video about sustainable diet/eating within given macros that is not boring, please. Most of us stay within 3 meal plans during the weightloss because we are afraid to lose track of macros and calories with variety of foods.

At the gym I used to workout at, they had one heavy bag. In the two years I was there, I never saw anyone else use it besides me! Incredible! I would use it after lifting to wear myself out and get out frustrations. Very satisfying. People would stare. Like oh, that’s what’s that’s for. Love your videos Lex. Thank You Sir!

My gym has been closed since March and most of the workout equipment is sold out!!! All I’ve been able to get is resistance bands. All those channels dedicated to resistance bands being as good as weights are bullshit.
This is honestly encouraging me to properly hit the gym once lockdown lifts, bookmarking this for later. I've just been throwing weights around in my room.
One idea I had for a future video was basics and obvious stuff that might not be so obvious for beginners. I had a friend go into personal training and I sorta became his guinea pig, but I was basically thrown into the deep end. So yeah, everything from comfortable clothes, possible energy/protein drinks, good combo exercises, basic gym etiquette, progression, stuff like that would be cool to know.

I find for cardio a weighted 4lb skipping rope is better than a treadmill, it also works muscles whilst doing it. Good for leg or back day and good on forearms as well

and a question for the next video(or kind of a topic) is about full body workouts sessions – your thoughts, can you gain muscle/"improve" or maintain when you are not a newbie to all the workout/training world? (i am at a point in my life where thats what i can do right now, because i am busy most of the time, so i try to get all done in a session 2,3 times a week)

I've been counting calories and using the app on my phone that connects to my watch for fitness. Should I be eating what I spend in calories or what the "calculator" says? It has different recommendations for carbs, protein, and fat. I totally do not understand the macro bit. I wish I could just come to the gym w you. Thanks, Lex for the info and the encouragement.
Great to have someone so upfront about the "this is your problem, buy my stuff." Of course, if it works and helps you, there's nothing wrong with it. But often it's just another item or course to add to people's junk pile.
I personally still prefer bodyweight workouts and free weights. 50 pullups in a row and then doing perfect planche pushups are my main goals. So I'm gonna hunt through a few more of hid videos to find something more strength-focused.
Can you do a video for people with weak ankles or coming back from ankle injury?

Finally I hear my exact same thoughts reflected 😩 I understand that me doing kettlebell excercises during lockdown was better than nothing but I just haaaate that stuff!! I'm going back to the gym tomorrow I think I'm going to have a little ugly cry when I touch the barbell again 😭🤩
