This is your Dumbbell Power 10 minute quick hiit workout! In this workout we’re going to use a set of dumbbells to work your entire body for strength and power and cardio in a 10 minute high intensity interval training format. All you need for this workout are your dumbbells (I’ll be working with my 10 & 12 lb dumbbells). As always modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Let’s Do It!

Took a quick break from work and did this quick workout. Got my heart rate up and also worked up quite a sweat in just 10 minutes. Such quick workouts are best to squeeze in during the work breaks or when the kids are down for a nap. Thank you for this Amy and please make more of these!

Love the shorter 10-20 min workouts! Very convenient because I'm usually short on time and I'm more motivated to do them. Please keep making some shorter ones as well
I didn't finish previewing before my break time, so I had to modify with bridge and chest press for that move I had never seen and didn't look safe for me, then the standing one. Had to "rewind" to get the full time once I figured out what I was doing. I also appreciate short workouts I can fit into a 15 minute work break!

Really love this one for a quick work break, or when I feel like my other workouts didn't go quite as hard as I wanted them to. Great addition or quick stand alone!
Haven't done a weighted workout all summer because of the heat, so I decided to start with this one and 3 hrs later my body is still sweating and trying to get oxygen! Love it!! Thanks Amy!

This was excellent. Sort of risky, moving so quickly, with power moves,, so one has to REALLY know one's own limits to avoid injury. Very effective & efficient quick workout 💪
Great Add on or do it over and over. Even without dumbbells it's a big HIIT!😄
I liked this enough to keep for an add in although the transition to the mountain climber was a little too fast for my set up at home so I lost about 20 seconds
