Second time doing this 45 day challenge as I finished the two 30 day challenges.

It gets easier guys. I wasn't able to do 5 complete push ups before starting this. And now I can do almost 20 in the 30 seconds window

I'm just here to say, keep working on yourself and following these workouts everyday, and you'll get results
