I have a 10 week old and my maternity leave is coming to a close. I want to get back to feeling like being fit is actually a possibility! Also need to stop eating like I’m pregnant, but maintain adequate mild supply!
My goal is to stay plant based except for one day I already know about for the whole challenge! I also want to work out daily, even if it’s just walking! Kay has inspired me to just get moving somehow every day.
