I think it is so nice that you work mobility into more and more of your workouts, because I am not a yogI and I would love to be more mobile. I love that I can get it all done, and the minibands are a great tool for both strength and mobility. And again, absolutely LOVE the variety in your workouts, allways something new and exciting!:-)) Thanks Amy!:-))

I really enjoy the mini band workouts and just found this one. They're so good for my hips. I have sciatica and these types of workouts are the ones my physical therapist 110% approves. Thank you Amy!

I'll admit mini bands are not my favorite, mostly because I often feel a step behind trying to get them in place! But I love how they work everything so differently from weights. Followed with 10 minute body weight fire. Whew.
