Join me for this 45-minute pyramid sculpt with weights workout. In this workout we will work your entire body for strength and cardio using no equipment. In this workout we will work your entire body for strength and cardio using either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. We will be working in the pyramid format; going up the pyramid in time coming back down the pyramid in time. As always I’ll give you lots of different options so listen to your body and work to your level . Are you ready? Let’s do it!
