Today was such a hectic day and I just felt like collapsing when I got home. But I thought to myself, you can surely fit 10 minutes in. And while I waited for my salmon to bake in the oven I did it! Sometimes the thought of a long workout really puts me off after a long day so these 10-minute sessions are a blessing, Heather! Thank you so much 😊
