How to get started with Calisthenics?
First I would highly recommend buying a home pull up bar. I left my suggestions down below.

Having a home pull up bar lets you practice more often. For most movements all you need is a sturdy over head bar and the floor. You should also find a park near you if this is possible. Some countries or areas of the world this is not possible. We try to help with our Park Finder.

Great routine. Will try it! So far some types of requirements was the hardest for me, like from Bar Brothers. Also I like to combine muscle ups, pull ups, dips and leg raises in one set and it is very intense. You can see these workouts on my channel.

Awesome routine, just wondering, if I send you a video of me doing a muscle up would you be able to tell me what's wrong? Bescause I'm able to do 18 strict pull ups and quite lot of dips, I'm also able to do a strict muscle up if I use a false grip but when I try without a false I fail completely

C'mon I know you guys don't need legs that much, but you should've do either pistol squats or squats with added weight (at least 70% of your BW added)

Most youtubers don't even do the workouts or just do the first set of the routine without showing the hard work they put it on all sets, this earns RESPECT , worth trying and inspiring watching y'all push just moyivates me to give it a try

I think this routine, involving the whole body, lacks in the legs and abs training: you got here 3 exercises (muscles ups, typewriter pullups, clapped pullups) that are all exercises for arms/back, you got weighted pushups, burpees and muscle ups for the chest/triceps/shoulders, and then bodyweight squats and burpees (the jumping part) for the legs. Assuming the abs are getting involved in all the exercises as the core stabilizer, the legs train is too little, compared to the amount of exercises and effort of the other muscles involved. A good change in this workout could be doing 40 squats bodyweight or 20 squats with the 45 lb weight used for the pushups and 20 forward frog jumps. In that way all the muscles would get trained, and you wouldnt need the next day to do a leg workout. Regards!
