Came back to you after much hassling over specialized "osteo, posture" etc workouts. Your videos are the best! I'm almost 71 and let it slide awhile as I weeded through things that left me hurt, unorganized and confused. I have put together a group of you 20 and 20 minute workouts, and also a few of the cardio low impact videos. I've made my playlist PUBLIC as HASFIT SENIORS. I am alternating through them because they hit parts of the body in slightly different ways! After about a week doing your videos again, I am feeling so much better– loose, not hurting, sleeping so much better. Just love you guys! I now no longer feel guilty about switching to a modified version if I need to. For some of the things like the Mountain Climbers I will use my Aerotrainer for my support position….easier on my wrists. I use soft ankle supports since I have had issues. You've brought me back to life…from an aging, injured jock to a feeling good, wiser jock! Take care, Claudia!

I have been doing full body workout for about a year and enjoy 😁 doing it everyday at the morning.
However, I’ve felt tension in my body 🤷♂️
