You are definitely inspiring I'm 44 years old I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2007 on top of that I've struggled with weight issues 3 weeks ago I was 348 lbs today at the gym I was 329 lbs I have a long way to go to hit my goal size and weight but I will achieve it or die trying….thank you for sharing your story and videos much love!

His weight aside, he looks way smaller and more normal than he did when he started out. I was worried he could barely walk in the first episode, now he looks like he could lift the front of a bus if he's angry enough! He looks so much healthier and is it true muscle mass weigh's more than fat? I think he's developing muscles fast!
Mike, I TOTALLY agree with you about the obesity epidemic in America and what it means as a whole for our nation And it IS all in the mind first as to how to approach fitness for anyone not in it for professional bodybuilding, which is an entirely different animal in itself. You are absolutely correct that people are not living, it's more like existing than living. That scores of people ARE on this cocktail of medications just to survive because it's the easier path to choose for a better "quality" of life. But that is only the first turn in a spiral down the medication rabbit hole that many people are unaware of. Three years ago, my Endocrinologist wanted to put me on Statins to maintain healthy cholesterol levels brought on by the testosterone medications that I have to take due to a genetic issue called Kallmann's syndrome (basically your pituitary gland, either doesn't regulate your hormone levels well, in my case testosterone, or doesn't regulate them at all, so hormone therapy is needed to balance it out, but the downside is increased cholesterol issues). Now, knowing FULL well the side effects of Statins, I opted instead to control my cholesterol with diet and exercise, which did the trick, and still keeping it down to this day. Most people don't realize the domino effect that taking medications has and the imbalances they can cause. The easy route in their mind is popping a pill which, in turn, down the road, may require another medication to control an imbalance brought on by the use of that pill. So you become, in effect, a walking pharmacy. And I for one, would prefer to refrain from doing that for as LONG as possible. Your statements in this video are WELL founded sir. And props for big Mike in his journey to a leaner, healthier life. I hope he sticks with it as a life long goal.

I really like your training style, you are pushing Big Mike to the limit and holding him accountable. Dam Mike these weight loss eps have been a inspiration I feel what you saying entirely it makes so much sense I'm fat as fck lil over 350…. before I just did cardio now I'm copying these steps and incorporating weights I've only lost 12lbs but it's 12 less then where I was a month ago have to start somewhere and that's whats important JUST START appreciate your content luv it now LET'S GO!
