I got to the gym for the first time in a year today and wanted to cry when I first got there cause I’m embarrassed at how I look now. I did this workout and yes I struggled but I pushed myself and I’m much stronger than I thought I was. Amazing workout thank you x

Thank you so much for a medium-length workout with a standing warmup! I was able to do everything, and just dropped to lighter weights on the side plank rotations in the 2nd round since my back twinged a little on the 1st round. Challenging, but doable–which I love.
