I’m so excited to be moving with you today as we get some cardio, mobility, and a whole lot of gratitude for what our bodies can do. You don’t need any equipment, just some space to move. Thanks for this, Amy. Shoulders were totally burning during that shoulder mobility set. Had to stop a few times to shake it out and then resume. Overall, really needed these stretches. Yesterday's calendar workout had me sore.

Hey Amy…I've been doing your workouts for over 2 years now and still loving them. I just wanted to comment a huge THANK YOU for this video in particular. I tend to focus so hard on the workouts, and my strength training that I forget the inner component and the core of why I work out….to be centered, healthy, and have my mind and body in sync with one another. Thanks for the great reminder…I'll be coming back to this on a daily basis to keep it in perspective. CHEERS!!!!
