This is the first video I'm watching on your channel. First, I heard music I've never heard before and the lyrics inspired me so I looked it up and found the whole song TAKE ACTION! Loved it! Second, I'm seeing this sign on the wall saying Veterans Outreach Workout. I'm a 22 year vet so I'm wondering what that is all about. That puts me on Matt Vinson's YouTube channel seeing super heroes working out in a large gym and wondering how something this big isn't part of my vocabulary. I'm only 3:30 into this video and I already feel like I've slipped into a whole new world with people I need to be more like because I'm short and fat.

Dana! Could you consider making a video where you show us how your physique has changed after each cycle? Bulking in particular can be a bit daunting for newbies and I think seeing your journey year to year could motivate some of us 🙂

I'm 6,4 was 260lb 2 days ago I'm on a shredded stack I'm 248 now, 5 meals eat every 4 hours shakes and chicken guacamole, and eggs 2 gallons of water daily thanks Dana

I need help gaining. I can't drink protein shakes. So I try to eat 4 meals a day. But sometimes don't get them in. I'm at 176.8 trying to Gain to 190 or more. But muscle gains not fat gains is what I want. Thanks for such a good video Dana! @TLTPFITNESS🇵🇷💪🏼

What about a mini cut of 2-4 weeks, done aggressively? You can lose a lot of fat quickly and have a slower reverse diet phase after that.
