I started doing your workouts again for my own carb cycling/HIIT fitness plan I made for my self, 1st time I did one, I was dripping sweat. Thanks a lot for the help and motivation.

I would like you if you want to add music to the workout videos
I started with your workouts in August 2021. I weighed 178 lbs at that time.
2 months later. I have effortlessly reached 163 lbs.
I am saying "effortlessly" because I didn't follow any strict diet. I (sadly) even skipped exercise a few days. I only incorporated some small changes in my daily routine (better sleep, better food & keeping a better mindset). This has made me realize that I can actually reach my target weight, if I could just be a little more disciplined. 😛
I am gonna be more focused now.

I usually like your band routines, but I found this particular resistance band workout to be waaay too easy. I suggest that you label it for beginners.
