Day six, I’m very suprised I made it this far and I saw a tiny bit of results. And while it is tiny it is results and im noticing that my endurance is increasing! When I started this I was out of breath the first workout, now I’m seeing that I can do these workouts and finish them feeling a little better! Keep going kings I’ll see you at the finish line! 👍
