How can I be Barstarzz?

Do you only do bodyweight?
This channel features of variety of people with separate training styles and programs that they run concurrently with Barstarzz training. So the answer is dependent on the person in the video. One thing stays true for all is most of their workout is Calisthenics somewhere near 75%.

Yeah I weigh 175 I can bust maybe 7 muscle ups. I would have to lose 20lbs to do them as clean as this guy. But good video and good points.

I wanna be just like that but I want squats and deadlifts 3x per week in my routine. So far even though I do pull-ups and dips after squats and deadlifts, those lifts have been making me heavier and now I can’t even muscle up anymore. I think I need to start doing pull-ups and dips weighted
