Interesting. I have none of those things in my gym bag. I have 2 big water bottles, a towel, two or three dry shirts to change into throughout the workout, gym chalk, ear plugs (there’s nothing quite like getting that painful last rep while Selina Gomez or whoever is howling in your ear! Like an ice cream headache thru the speakers!!! Earplugs are also good for blocking out people who intentionally clang weights around for attention. The smaller the guy, the louder he slaps those damn Itty Bitty cable weights down!), bandaids and deodorant. I was thinking about getting some traffic cones to set up around my bench to keep grandma carrying the exercise ball from walking into the barbell while I’m benching 275.
