9 Experts Tell You How To MASTER Any Calisthenics Skill – OfficialBarstarzz

by YouTube Team

9 Experts tell you how to master advanced calisthenics skills / moves. They are all high level athletes.
“You guys commented you wanted to know how to learn advanced skills so this is the topic of the video today. I remember when I first started I seen someone hit a muscle up and then of course I tried it on my own and I got no where. I remember asking him and he said you just do it. So that didn’t help at all.
I got to youtube really early before their were really calisthenics tutorials on the internet so a lot of moves I would just try with no guidance but a lot of heart. I am hoping with this video you can take away some advice that can really help you when working on your freestyle or learning the skills you want to learn in a safer and more efficient way.
As always please subscribe if you found the video helpful, and click the bell. Thank you.

Ed, I noticed you put on a lot of weight in the past year or so, and still can do those difficult moves like when you were lighter. Respect.

Yo ed, I love the direction y'all have taken this channel. I'm loving that y'all have big dudes showing their work too. Quick question, how do y'all warm up? Do y'all warm up specifically for the type of movements you're doing or do you guys use one full body warm up before even touching a bar?

I watched ed like 5 years ago… is it just me or he didn't progress at all? compared to that Chris Heria is a beast and he started calisthenics 5 years ago just when I stopped so I didn't know about him at all. I discovered him just now.

I want to learn how to do this. I have very little upper body strength though. I can't do a push up. I used to be able to do 10 in a row, now blaah. What should I start with so I can build up to a decent pull up. I work out but mostly stretching, cardio and floor work out and a little bit of weights.

You should quit "axing" people. That can get bloody!
Why can't some blacks pronounce a simple three letter word: "Ask?" SMH
Go to dictionary.com, enter the word, then click on the speaker icon, and learn how to pronounce the word.
Overall, you’re good, though. Good tips from your interviews. I would definitely warm up a lot, before doing a handstand, especially if you’re older.
