Both my wife and I have been doing your meal and and we love it! But since we both work it’s hard to plan for all the shake and other snacks during the day. How do you plan for that in a simple way like you did for your lunches in this video? We wanting to lose weight but we also don’t want to under water by not eating our snacks.
