Walk #1: Steady, Ready GO!
Our high intensity, low impact intervals are designed to help you challenge yourself without burning out for maximum results and energy. Studies show that interval training can improve your fitness level, boost your metabolism and even bolster your body’s production of the hormone HGH which slows the aging process and increases your overall calorie burn, which we think makes the extra effort required for this routine well worth it! Walk #2: Stride and Step
Add intensity with a bit of an incline to boost your burn while developing agility, coordination and spatial awareness during this walk! Walk #3: Have a Ball!
This walk incorporates the use of a small playground ball to increase core muscle recruitment, improve hand-eye coordination add an extra element of fun. Don’t have a ball on hand? Keep an eye on Debbie – she’ll be using a hand towel as an alternative option.

I'm excited about this and can't wait to get my virtual hands on it 😀 I finally was able to add to my collection recently your Walk On: 15 Min Fast Fat Blasts (which is the only one missing from my Walk On series) and the Yoga Stretch DVDs. Thank you for your member appreciation promo. I haven't gotten to use it though since I've been too busy with work 🙁 To be honest I haven't been working out much since completing Phase II since my dad had undergone open heart surgeries (valve replacement and 2 bypasses) and then I got sick, then got injured, then got sick again and got injured again 🙁 I've been trying to at least move around as much as I can and every now and again I pull out your workouts both the new ones online and my digital downloads and try to do a quick workout but between work and now my dog being sick it's kinda difficult. But I know I should get moving again and even though I know I have to start from scratch and take my time again I'm not disheartened and I know I'll get to the point where I'll feel strong again. I know as well that there are some moves that I can never do or level of heavy weights that I can never lift because of my existing injuries I know as long as I'm healthy and moving then I'll be fine. I don't need to prove anything to anyone anymore and I've learned that all from you, Jessica. I'm doing this for me and to be healthy so thank you again for helping us all. I'm excited to see Peanut again, too!!! Love you both and your whole team, too!!

Hi! I have many of your workouts. None of them disappoint. My favorite has always been Walking for Weight Loss, Wellness & Energy (Power Walk). This workout (Walk Strong, Burn Fat & Have Fun is exactly what it reads. It has got to be the best so far. I love interval exercise. It is now my FAVORITE. Have a Ball is very creative. It is just fantabulous!! Loved seeing Peanut for a few seconds (lol). Thank you!!!
Just finished Stride and Step. Great step workout!! I do not like complicated step workouts, this is not complicated, but a great workout. I wish it would have been a little longer, though. Again, most definitely my favorite CD workout you made. Looking forward to more like this!! The music is great on this CD, too!! TY
Jessica I would love it if you create a four met on workout series because I only walk on recovery days. Are you worked no on that at all?
These cardio workouts are awesome! Gets the heart rate up and low impact (or you can put a little spring in your step). Have a Ball is my absolute favorite! I have Boost Metabolism and Muscle and Build balance and inner strength – those are awesome too! I don't do much yoga so haven't gotten that one – YET 🙂
I have had this one since June 2016 but it had been a little while since I'd done Have a Ball! and Ready, Steady, Go! I was pleasantly surprised to see that after 7+ months of consistent workouts (mostly Jessica's) Ready, Steady, Go! was easier this time. Have a Ball! is a fun workout. I love step aerobics so Stride and Step is great as well. Mostly, Jessica, I wanted to write this to say that I love the banter and relationship that we can see with your mom. Debbie is such a great sport and supporter of you and it's fun to hear you teasing back and forth a little. Thanks for all you do and thanks to your support team!
