love the moves, feel great! curious about the 7 day challenge, particularly for beginners. I feel sore in these muscles after a day or two, then they feel painful and/or weak trying to do the same moves again. I've heard of alternating muscle groups to leave time for repair, rather than tearing the same muscles again. How does this fit in with doing the same workout 7 days in a row? thanks!

Hi Lucy I have severe back pain daily from scoliosis and fibromyalgia will doing these exercises help? I’ve tried everything and nothing works anymore and I find exercises so hard but I am trying to get better with it as I know that will help the most I hope doing your exercises will elevate my pain in the long run

Lucy, i love so many things about the 1000's of workout's you''ve created….I've had 3 back and 1 neck surgery in the past 10 years, have all over rheumatoid arthritis and now looking at knee replacements. I can't seem to find an excuse not to find one of your workouts to do several times a week even though I'm in pain. I know many people that follow you have major disabilities and yet they follow you as well. Also, love how you dress so modestly and the "high fives" at the ends of each one, I do with you! Thank you for using your God given talents of fitness knowledge as well as encouragement to make people be the best they can be! Sending virtual hugs from Texas.
