Started working with your videos during lockdown…I was already in shape from the gym but what I love and we haven't really focused on is how great your workouts are for maintaining ones shape and fitness…I'm still amused that I haven't been back to the gym (they've been open for a few months) but everyone thinks I'm low key hitting the gym in hiding 😂😂🙆🏾♂️💪🏿🏋🏿♀️

Bully, I’m trying to gain muscle mass what do you recommend I just now finished the two workouts for day one would that help with my goal?
the dislikes are from the people who though it was too hard
shawn T(insanitymax30), Tony horton(p90x3) and Urself (45 day chellenge) saved me from demotivation and sadness. Whenever i feel low and let down, i just do these amazing workouts that keeps my depression aside, makes me more confident and strong mentally. I feel healthy and happy.

just watching these to keep myself motivated! Not doing any specific challenge, but you helped me start out with dumbbells at home! I just DON'T go to the gym, some easy excuses there. No excuses left if you spend 2 hours a day watching TV at home!
