This was motivational, but not that informative. Very few of the experts told us which exercises to start with. All I know about calisthenics is what I've seen on a few YouTube videos – a few people doing cools moves on bars or free handstands. When they say master the basics, someone should have showed us the basics exercises. Apart from the obvious pullups and pushups that were mentioned and getting up from the couch to squat, I still have no idea what are the 'basic' exercises of calisthenics. Are there no female experts you could have featured? Also it would have been encouraging to see more younger people appear in the background. Good luck!

Calisthenics consist of training the whole body, and some of the guys I’ve seen here, I can tell that they are training a whole body as a unit, most of them are just concentrating on their arms and chest, they barely have any abs lats or traps. Bodyweight exercises are made to explore the whole body and come up with different ideas to work different and major muscle groups. But the main ingredients to calisthenics like the first two guys said, are static and set movements until you advance to different ones, you also have leg ups that works the entire abs and dynamic squats for a total body workout daily.
