Welcome to your 40-Minute Full Body Core Combo Workout. This is day number 13 of your BodyFit by Amy Next Level November Challenge. We’re going to hit our entire body today for strength, cardio, mobility, toning, and sculpting. We’ll have a special focus on our core so every exercise that we do will strengthen the core. We’ll get some balance, some strength, and we’ll have a great time doing it! All you need for this workout are your weights; either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both.

Love the versatile workouts for the core!
Well done Amy! I love the length and the way the workout facilitates using greater than 20 lb dumbbells. More like this, please!! I foresee you going well over 800K by the end of 2021. 1 million for 2022 – all of us here need to be responsible for that goal!!
