Brilliant workout!! When Amy first described the bonus move, I said out loud to the tv ‘what?!?’ In total confusion, however, what a FANTASTIC bonus move!! Felt easy to do because my brain was distracted. Perfect 👌🏽

It was very difficult!! i just bought my 12 kg kettlebell and it was heavyyy!!!! Nevertheless ketllebell is my favorite thing and i always await with anticipation these workouts!! lovveee it!!!

That first set with the side lunges was really interesting and unique. I'm amazed at how many different moves you come up with to keep things fresh.

Start of my birthday week!! Realizing that my 15lbs kettlebell is too light for swings and leg work, but too heavy for that for some one-armed moves! Need me some equipment!! Great workout Amy!!! Happy week ahead to all!
