It was very difficult!! i just bought my 12 kg kettlebell and it was heavyyy!!!! Nevertheless ketllebell is my favorite thing and i always await with anticipation these workouts!! lovveee it!!!

Start of my birthday week!! Realizing that my 15lbs kettlebell is too light for swings and leg work, but too heavy for that for some one-armed moves! Need me some equipment!! Great workout Amy!!! Happy week ahead to all!
