Why I liked this routine…
1. Simple movements so you can focus on proper form.
2. 40 secs of work, 20 secs rest
3. Total time: 40 mins

Can it be done everyday or is it better to do on alternative days?
I honestly didn't like cardio very much, so I decided to do weights because I felt a bit fatigued
and wow! I felt really good after I finished the workout, it didn't even feel like 40 minutes
