I did your 30-Day no equipment challenge & your 45-Day no equipment challenge and I still suck at push-ups (not you or the workout's fault, I'm just trash at them). I'm convinced I'm going to suck at them for a long time lmao. Everything else this workout felt great otherwise.
Day 9 tomorrow!
Day 8 (30 day dumbbell challenge): I had to take a few days to recover because I hurt a muscle in my back, but NOW WE'RE BACK ON 5HE GRIND
Day 8 – part 2 (30 day dumbbell challenge): I'm doing my workout a lot later in the day than normal, but I'm still doing it! A little stronger every day!!!
why only 10 min, what i do for the rest of 50 min ?
30-day Dumbbell Challenge, Day 8… those pushups are brutal! My dumbbells have a flat side, but they still wobble and the extra effort wears you down.
