Great videos, just found your channel. I have one question, are you an all natural lifter? Or do you use prescription testosterone, GH or any other supplements? Thanks.
I don't look like I lift (I'm like 145lbs ~15% BF), but 1) I know I look better than if I didn't lift, and 2) I feel so much happier and less anxious since I started 3 years ago.
In short, Looking like you lift just means having cuts having developed chest shoulders back and biceps. Don’t need to be abnormally large just toned up. Obviously someone with skinny arms and flat chest doesn’t look like they lift. Question answered
This really hit home for me – my partner and I have been together 7 years – he has lifted a lot longer than me and when we are out together I always feel like he looks like he lifts and I don't and sometimes it gets to me – even though I am stronger than he is – so when you said don't get so wrapped up in the shallow – mentally I know you are right but emotionally sometimes it can be more difficult. Thanks for this man! new subscriber here!
I started lifting when I was 18. I was terrified when I had to start going alone because my schedule was opposite of my dads. I started lifting because at 6ft tall I was 126 pounds lol… I was insecure and felt weak and wanted to look how my dad looks. it was after I became obsessed and damn near to the point of steroids that I realized how much I had learned about the body and how much lifting weights had taught me and how much better and tougher mentally and physical it made me feel. Plus it made me a calmer more relaxed person. It has taught me a lot and now I have found I don’t do it for others or because I’m insecure. I do it for me and for health. And no one can do it for me! Only I can get my stupid ass out of bed to go push some heavy ass weight!
Eh you been training for a longgg time. You're definitely natty still. This was the muscle that was hiding underneath the fat. Awesome transformation omar!

Over analyzing the “do you lift” joke a little
'transformation'
Bro you look like Michelle Obama
Came after beerbiceps recommendation
Ha ha yeah I think statement saying what is natural perspective
You open the line with Arnold who is genetically a freak and took steroids
Then you talked Ronnie Coleman who just lived in a factory of drugs and steroids
Then put Sandow in the same bracket as steroid uses
Steroids wasn't invented till around1935 when it was really used right up mid 50's
You got 18th century right up to 1950's when natural bodybuilders look like monsters compared
Vegan starved hippies of the modern time
Damn Omar I used to watch you a long time ago your channel had grown and so have you good job and keep it up
“Greg Doucette has left the room.” I only help when I get paid.
