Tiffany, you are eating fried, refined and fat food. If you prep some potatoes, veggies, salads, legumes fruits etc. (see my earlier comments) you will lose weight but well… I won't comment anymore. I think my tips are not being read. :/
Oof. I wish you'd stop using "vegan" because your titles are making it look bad. Are you doing plant based? Then do plant based recipes. Or are you doing processed junk food? Did you make a meal plan? Or are you just trying to discount something you don't want to do right?

I did better with Whole Foods, no oils, low salt. But when I try to eat the yummy vegan alternatives, my weight goes up.
