Jesus Christ, do not do this!, for deep tissue massage see a professional, this is the cheapskate's self injuring method. A professional will show you how to use foam rollers correctly and safely as tailored to your needs. Please do not blind follow videos like these, this is just one person's way of doing it in a way he thinks he knows how and that is not good enough to advise other people. In this video he is foam rolling points of the body that are quite dangerous to do. People who are not specialists should not be posting videos like these.

dont do gym or exersise as i have damaged back and shoulder its just to painful i just go for a wallk with the dog thats all i do with my job i a phyiscal job and live on painkillers i do eat sensible but exersise and gym is just a no no doctors orders
Awesome video! I've done foam rolling before and man, it hits spots you thought are never utilized but are tight. If your area there is itchy, blood flow definitely is restricted there and you did a good job at opening them up. 🙂

Fasting does help burn fat aswell it isn't just the routine. After 8 hours your glucose stores are depleted so your body uses fat stores for energy this aiding fat loss.

I've heard alot of negatives about foam rolling the IT band as it's connective tissue and not actually muscle .. the muscle being the glute med rather.. care to share your side of things?
