Join Amy Kiser Schemper for a live 35-minute Dumbbell Next Level Burn workout this Saturday! The Workout will go live on Saturday (11/6/21) at 10am PT! I’ll follow the workout with a brief Q&A so be sure to stay tuned and bring your questions.

Be where you are today – Options for all fitness levels provided. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a little space to move – Let’s do it!

Way too much next level for me this morning. Ha. On a good day I can see it. I will always dislike the lunge/squat combo moves with curls/rows. I don't think I have good form in those combos, so I pick one to do.
