Uhhhhhh idk Omar I think what’s holding me back is the fact that my dad has been forcing me to work construction with him since I was 14 without a choice and in turn has caused me to be in a state of perpetual exhaustion, but I’m too scared of him to quit my job even tho I’m 19 now. But uhm idk Omar. Your reason can be it too tbh.

Damn straight, there was a marked difference in what I was able to accomplish once I started from the mindset that I COULD, I just needed to figure out how. Some obstacles you plow through, some you circumvent, and some you just wear down with sheer force of will over time. We're fucking amazing beings. So be fucking amazing.
Sometimes we set our expectations too high and when our results to meet those, we get really discouraged

I eat oranges before my workouts. Part of me believes that it somehow acts like a preworkout and actually helps my body with exercise, and the other half believes that it is a mental thing. Either way I usually have good workouts after eating an orange. Funny how little stuff can have such a big impact.
What's holding you back?, Using bumper plates to make it look like more weight.
