I can't tell you how many times over the last 12 weeks I've questioned whether or not my body composition was improving. Sure, I was losing weight but depending on the day, I would look and feel flat. Your mind can play tricks on you, especially when trying to get leaner. The best tip I can give is to 100% stay the course and see it through to your goal. Now, 18lb down, I can definitively say I look better. If you are in the middle of your weight loss journey….KEEP GOING.
Thank you for your advise…I am there now…l don't know what's happening with my body and my strength has diminished some…this video helped me understand some of the things to look for, much appreciated and I WILL STAY THE COURSE!!!
So I’m 162, I’ve worked out for the last year. I’m trying to lean out im eating 2035 calories, I’ve been doing it for two week but doing cardio each time 6 days a week. My cardio is 82 speed on stai master for 8 mins burns 100 calories. Is that bad ? I do a lot of walking throughout the week. Should I cut the cardio? I’m also 5’7
A lot of people today are trying to figure out the best way to lose weight. Then again, having the ability to discover a diet plan that can work for you is tough to find. A very important factor you need to understand is that a diet is effective for one person may not operate for another. And that means you must understand what your getting into before you begin one of those diets. This may give you enough information to learn if this really is something which is suitable to your needs. Read more here https://truehealthreport.com/xtreme-fat-loss-diet-review/
Does anyone have any idea on the Herbalife nutrients. It is excellent in weightloss and it is 80% nutrients and 20% workout. Really great for ur health. DM me on +264813105967. Let me guide you through. It is in 92 countries around the world
One tip: Do more bodyweight exercises while you lose weight. Just as a psychological boost, to feel like you're getting stronger in some area. In bodyweight/strength ratio you actually are. When you set a PR for reps in chins or do your first muscle-up you will get that same feeling of euphoria as when you hit a powerlifting PR.
"You spend so much time looking at yourself, you doubt the process". This video is the shit. You have to keep going for a few/ months before judging yourself.
I am at, 70kg, 13 %, with squat 1 rep at 140kg, deadlift similar but my bench press is just so low, at 80kg for 1 rep, I want to get a little lean but I'm worried my bench press might suffer more. can you suggest anything.

So this man talks about himself for like 5 minutes, then gives a super vague tip that is common sense.

23-18%, 18-15%, 15-12%, 12-10% you feel weaker and look flatter. So you just feel worse until 10%??
I know what you mean though, there's a point where you just feel like like you're loosing weight but looking worse, it's depressing.
Happy holidays bro
You talk so fking much
Im a swiss dude and i only had the audio on and i was like "why tf is there a cheese ad?"
