Day 14 – Part 2 [Complete!]
Part 1 I was absolutely drenched in sweat, yet still smiling.
[Edit while working out] You fuck. High knees were 70 seconds, not 60! 😆 You've done this before you sneaky fucker hahahaha! I was laughing as soon as that timer went under 9:00 and I was expecting you to smirk 😂
(1:55) Usually, Skate Mills are a breeze for me. After the Day 14 – Part 1 Leg Workout, shit was so hard lol.
(2:34) Steam Engines felt great (no fucking squats fortunately lmao)
(3:44) Toe Touches were good again. The second (or third, I'm so beat I can't remember…) kicked my ass though. Shaved about 8 seconds off to take a little break.
(4:44) Wood Chops were new to me. They felt good and were fun to do.
Near the end, I got more tired (naturally) and was fucking soaked in sweat. The Leg workout made me drip sweat, this one made me piss it.
Day 15 tomorrow! For now, shower fucking time! 🚿
after that 30 min leg workout, this hits different
