Thanks for the work out, however been that I am in my bedroom,i found that been barefooted, I put my feet in the handles with hands stretched out from do do my leg kick backs 😁😁

Awesome exercise routine with long ads
I just did your workout for the first time and as someone who’s specializes in cultural awareness I just want to caution you about using the word “tribe”. It is very offensive to many African Americans and Native people. It was really a turn off. ☹️
