Hi there Stephanie! I'm new to your channel and i'm really enjoying it. As someone who has started working out, I currently have a 3 day split where I alternate between barbell squats/barbell bent over rows/ bench press on one day, then deadlifts/overhead shoulder/lat or pull ups on the other day. So essentially working the whole body each workout to an extent.
I was just curious as to what you're opinion is on this. Is there an advantage to splitting them based on back, shoulder, leg, etc. or does it just depend on your goal?
I was drinking a protein shake and almost spit it out when you said "yes my boobs are real" LOL, I was not expecting that 😂
Do you have any suggestions for a workout/eating plan for loosing eight. I am trying to loose 30 lbs and am struggling with a workout schedule.

Interested in purchasing your glute hypertrophy training program however I workout in my garage and have very limited machine equipment. Would this hinder me from completing the program?
I do have a lat pull down machine, squat rack, Olympic barbell and plates as well as a few dumbbells (15# and 20#).
