I did your second 30-Day Workout Challenge, and I've completed 14 days of your 45-Day Workout Challenge and I'm trying to get my overweight dad to workout… He makes excuses all the time (literally, *all the time, every time*) to not workout, and won't do it unless I do it with him (which is fine by me, but if I'm not there for whatever reason, he straight up skips it altogether for the day).
Hopefully, this workout will be good for him. I'm going to have to look through each day and modify some shit so he can actually do some of the exercises (low impact, and suited for a 65 year old 275 pound man lol).

9 days and 18 sessions done. Took a 2 day rest in between. I will update you guys after the completion of 14 days and 28 sessions.
I already feel a lot stronger. Have lost a bit of fat and weight too (unfortunately I don't have the equipments to give you the exact statistics) . But the biggest plus point is my increase in stamina. The many HIIT's I have done before looks really easy now.

hello fam! just finished this 14 day program and here's my result:
STARTING WEIGHT: 92.8Kg
END WEIGHT: 88.6
lost 4 kilos than what i expected!
what i did: skipped breakfast (drank water, black coffee, green tea),
put myself on a calorie deficit, ate oatmeal for dinner every other night then proceeded to work! it's all about the discipline and mindset
if you're looking for motivation then it starts now! grind don't stop you can do it

Day 1: Not measuring my weight as I've already eaten, will do it first thing tomorrow 🙂 V challenging so I took little breaks when necessary but kept pushing!
Day 2: Feeling good! Really makes you sweat and every time I see mountain climbers I wanna curl up and die, but I feel those endorphins at the end of session!
Do we do both videos on each day in the description?
If i do the one in the morning and one in the night
Will it change something than if i do the two one time?
