Plank Skiers workout my arms and legs I can feel it. My abdomen isn't worked out at all though. Its almost like it worked out everything, but what the video says im working out.

Day 13 I did these workouts twice along with leg raises on a pullups bar and knee raises on a pullups bar and 100 burpees. Burnt the hell out , love it! Also lost 7 pounds 240 – 233Ibs. Feeling good!
