While I like her choice in exercises, I was very surprised that deadlifts were not in there. Not a lot of lower back activation other than the rows which I don't agree with bending that far forward because it allows momentum to help with the movement reducing the effectiveness of the exercise.

I am feeling so confused and stuck on how to structure my workouts through the week, like which groups to do how often… etc. Could you talk a bit about how you plan your workouts?? ♥️
For the study method, it’s really time consuming but it works great. Especially if you have a huge bulk of info along with info graphs it helps you really grasp the concepts. Also, if you’re in class record lectures and relisten! You have no idea how much extra info I missed out on during lecture but picked up on when re listening. It’s also time consuming but helps a ton. I’m taking molec bio so I know the struggle of learning a shit load of material that’s also complicated

How do you study and not feel ravenous? Sometimes(total lie, more like all the time) when I'm studying i feel like I've got more of a munchie attack than after the gym. Anything crunchy…or pizza. Also how do you not get distracted whilst studying. It's like I'm programmed to study better while eating potato chips and slim jims.
